Veel voorkomende en gesignaleerde vrouwenklachten in het normale leven zijn vaak gynaecologisch van aard. Dit als gevolg van wisselingen in de hormoonspiegels waardoor zij eerder uit balans kunnen raken, zowel fysiek als emotioneel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Menstruatieklachten: PMS symptomen zoals hoofdpijn, gespannen borsten, pijnklachten en emotionele klachten geven aan dat er een verstoring in het lichaam is. Ook een onregelmatige cyclus met veel of weinig bloedverlies, stolsels in het menstruatiebloed zijn symptomen hiervan.<br>Weinig bloedverlies kan betekenen dat er \u201cleegtes\u201d zijn in het lichaam. Dit beeld komt regelmatig voor bv. na langdurig pilgebruik en kan invloed hebben op de vruchtbaarheid van de vrouw.<br>Hevige menstruaties kunnen behoorlijk uitputtend zijn en uiteindelijk ook leiden tot tekorten.<\/li><li>Overgangsklachten: De overgang is de periode in het leven van de vrouw waarin ze haar vruchtbaarheid verliest. Het stofwisselingssysteem van de vrouw verandert, opbouw van weefsels worden onderhevig aan veroudering. Omstreeks de laatste menstruatie gaat het lichaam van de vrouw over in een nieuwe fase van \u201coud\u201d worden. Deze verandering verloopt heel geleidelijk. Het is een tijd waarin men de balans gaat opmaken en waarin innerlijke zaken meer aandacht gaan vragen.
